Florence County, SC

Areas We Serve

Florence is home base, and the towns around it are close enough that a roof in Lamar or Scranton gets the same attention as one off Second Loop Road. We work across Florence County and the nearby Pee Dee towns, from Darlington and Hartsville to Lake City and Marion. Each town below has its own page about the houses, roads and weather we deal with there, because a farmhouse outside Timmonsville and a newer subdivision near I-95 do not have the same roof problems.

Towns we cover

Florence, from the older streets around Timrod Park out to the neighborhoods west toward I-95.

Darlington and Hartsville, up Highway 52 and Highway 151 into Darlington County.

Timmonsville, Lamar and Quinby, the farm-country and small-town side of the area, where barns and shops need roof work as often as houses do.

Effingham, Coward, Scranton and Pamplico, the stretch south of the city along Highway 52 and toward the Great Pee Dee River.

Lake City, at the southern end of Florence County, and Marion, east across the river in Marion County.

If your place sits between two of these, or out on a county road with no town name, send the form anyway. Put your address in the optional field and we will know where you are.

How far we drive

Most of these towns are a 15 to 40 minute drive from Florence. Quinby and the west side of the city are minutes away; Lake City, Marion and Hartsville are at the longer end. That distance matters most after a storm, when several roofs are leaking at once. We tarp the ones with water coming in first and schedule full inspections after that, wherever the house is.

Next step

Pick your town above for local detail, or go straight to the form and tell us what the roof is doing. If you want to see the kinds of work we take on first, it is all on the page covering each type of roof job.
