Contact Florence Roofing Pros
The fastest way to reach us is the form on this page. It asks for four things: your name, a phone number we can call back on, your address if you want to give it, and a message. Fill it in and someone calls you back.

What to put in the message
A few plain sentences do more than a long description. Tell us what you are seeing: a brown ring on the bedroom ceiling, a drip by the fireplace, shingles in the yard after last night's wind, or a limb resting on the roof. Say where it shows up inside the house, and whether it only happens in hard rain or every time it rains. If you know the roof type and roughly how old it is, add that too: shingle, metal or flat, original to the house or replaced at some point.
If water is coming in right now, say so on the first line. Those calls go to the top of the list. If a limb is still lying on the roof or a tarp has started flapping loose, mention that too, and keep everyone off the roof and away from that side of the house until it has been looked at. Wet shingles over a cracked section of decking are a bad place to be standing.
If you already know you want a price on a specific job, the free quote form is the same form with a little more on what happens after you send it.

After a storm, and where we work
When the National Weather Service office in Wilmington puts the Pee Dee under a severe thunderstorm or tropical warning, expect a busy few days afterward; we tarp active leaks first and schedule inspections in the order they come in. An open roof gets a tarp first, and the permanent repair waits for a dry day so the new shingles go down on dry wood.
We are based in Florence. The full list of towns, from Darlington out to Marion, is on the Locations page.
